By accessing and using the NASTOULIS STAVROS website ("Website") and/or placing an order for Lyralis Focus, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and Sale ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use this Website or place an order. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The Website is operated by NASTOULIS STAVROS, a Greek sole trader, at Odos Voulis 15, 105 62 Athens, Greece. The Website provides product information about Lyralis Focus, a food supplement, and allows customers to submit an order request.

3. Ordering & Sale

Placing an order: Submitting the order form (name and phone number) constitutes a request to purchase. No contract of sale is formed at this stage.

Telephone confirmation: A member of our team will contact you by phone to confirm the order. The contract of sale is formed at the point of verbal confirmation during this call.

Dispatch: Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days of confirmation. Delivery timescales are estimates and may vary.

Prices: All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. The price displayed at the time of your order request is the price you pay.

Payment: Payment is made to the courier at the point of delivery, by cash or by card. No advance payment or card details are required to place an order.

Cancellation before dispatch: You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched - free of charge - by informing the team member who calls to confirm, or by contacting us at info@nastoulisstavros.gr.

Lyralis Focus is a food supplement, not a medicine. The information on this Website is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Lyralis Focus is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or health condition. Individual results are not guaranteed. If you have a medical condition or take prescribed medication, consult a healthcare professional before use.

5. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Returned goods must be unopened, in their original packaging. As Lyralis Focus is a food supplement, opened packaging is exempt from the right of return for hygiene reasons. 6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website - including text, images, logos and design - is owned by or licensed to NASTOULIS STAVROS. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution or use of any content is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NASTOULIS STAVROS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this Website or the purchase of Lyralis Focus. Our total liability in any circumstances shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
